We’re in the thick of it now! Holidays are all around us, filled with joy and merriment (often in the form of food and alcohol!), and they can also be rife with stress and disappointment. Here are some easy tips to keep you (and your skin) relaxed and rejuvenated.
Carve out some time to relax: Sit and chat. Put up your legs and enjoy a cup of tea. Enjoy your favorite music and spend time with your family and friends. Relaxation diffuses stress and promotes skin health.
Hydrate. So simple, but we repeat it all the time. Drinking water or hot tea will improve your mood, your skin and your health. Especially during times of stress, poor sleep, and poor eating; properly hydrating will mitigate some of the damage!
Don’t skip the basics of your skin care routine: cleanse and moisturize twice daily, no matter what. Keep your mental and physical health a priority. Scheduling a face or body treatment with us can contribute to your overall well-being as well.
